Our Story
ARB–360 was founded in response to a growing need for clarity and engagement in the resolution of complex construction and infrastructure disputes.
The idea emerged from the experience of two lawyers who spent years working at top-tier law firms specializing in arbitration and dispute resolution. Throughout their careers, they held countless meetings—often for hours, days, even weeks—with experts and clients, breaking down intricate issues and translating them into written submissions. Yet despite their best efforts, they saw time and again that nothing matched the impact of a well-crafted visual.
Arbitral tribunals and courts, they observed, were able to grasp key concepts more quickly and retain them more effectively when watching a short video or animation than after reviewing hundreds of pages of written reports. In some cases, a single video achieved what weeks of preparation could not.
Initially relying on outsourced solutions, they eventually recognized the need for a dedicated, legally fluent visual practice. That realization led to the creation of ARB–360—a specialized team bridging legal insight, technical accuracy, and visual storytelling.
Today, we help transform complex narratives into compelling, fact-driven visuals that enhance understanding

What Sets Us Apart
What truly sets us apart is our foundation: we come from the field.
As arbitration lawyers, we’ve been in the hearing rooms, navigated evidentiary challenges, and witnessed first-hand how tribunals engage with complex technical information. We know not only what visuals need to show—but how they must function within a legal strategy.
This legal fluency informs every aspect of our process. From the earliest planning stages to final delivery, our work is shaped by a deep understanding of procedure, evidentiary requirements, and arbitral expectations. We don’t just illustrate the facts—we help shape how they are received and retained.
In a space where many providers focus on visuals alone, we bring legal insight to the core of visual storytelling.
